Our proposal / terms.......

We charge an advertising / marketing fee for display of your properties on 1st for French Property. You must have the appropriate "cartes" in France - such as Carte Professionelle and Siret Number.

Our terms depend on the way you wish to advertise on......

a) 1st for French Property site

There are two options:

1) 1st-for-French-Property are responsible for adding a range of properties from your portfolio. We are responsible for maintaining the property details - including status changes, price changes or modifications to the descriptions.

2) YOU are responsible for adding a range of properties from your portfolio. YOU are responsible for maintaining the property details - including status changes, price changes or modifications to the descriptions. We expect you to add a minimum of 10 new properties per month.

Advertising / Marketing Fee Structure for options 1 and 2

We have an advertising and marketing fee structure for introducing clients to you who buy a property from your portfolio of properties.

Option 1 - if you opt for 1st-for-French-Property adding & publishing your property details - Our marketing fee equates to 1.75% of the net vendeur price (after TVA has been deducted) where our advertising and marketing leads to a successful sale. There is also a monthly advertising fee: 50 euros per month. This monthly advertising fee will be deducted from the marketing fee when a sale occurs. The monthly 50 euro fee is payable whether you add 1 property or 200 properties.

Option 2 - if you opt for adding the property details YOURSELVES - Our fee equates to 1.25% of the net vendeur price (after TVA has been deducted) where our advertising and marketing leads to a successful sale. There is a monthly advertising fee: 50 euros per month. This monthly fee will be deducted from the marketing fee when a sale occurs. The monthly 50 euro fee is payable whether you add 1 property or 200 properties.

As you will appreciate, successful Immobiler / Agents Commerciale will recoup the advertising fee as it will be deducted from the outstanding Marketing fee due on a sale through an introduction from 1st for French Property. SO YOU ONLY PAY A MONTHLY FEE IF YOU DO NOT SELL A PROPERTY THROUGH US.

b) 1st for French Property site / Regional site
We are developing regional web sites such as 1st for Aquitaine, Provence, Midi-Pyrenees, etc. The big advantage for you is the EXTRA exposure that your properties will receive appearing both on the main site and the regional web site.

Our network of agents in each region will be developed by an Immobilier located in your region. The terms and conditions can be discussed with local "master" agent.
